Electrical Done Right
For Toronto's Homes, Renovations & New Builds
Most homes have more capacity than contractors say, and less than they assume. We start with the math, not the upsell. Every project gets the engineering review behind it.

The 3 Conversations Homeowners Have With Us
Find yours. Every one starts with the same complimentary engineering review, built on the LDC Data Method: your utility's 15-minute interval data under an engineered load calculation.
"Do I have the capacity?"
Adding an EV charger, heat pump, induction stove, water heater, or hot tub? Before you spend on a service upgrade, we run the load math on 12 months of your actual usage. Most 200A services have 40 to 60 percent unused capacity.
"How do I electrify in stages?"
EV today, heat pump next year, induction the year after. Without a roadmap you pay for panel work 3 times. We sequence everything so the infrastructure is right once, not 3 times.
"I'm building from scratch."
Custom homes, renovations, new builds. We engineer the electrical from the design phase, not from "code minimum." GCs, architects, and owners hire us for the engineering most subs don't bring.
We Don't Quote Service Upgrades You Don't Need
$10K to $15K
That's what recent clients have avoided in unnecessary service upgrades quoted by other contractors. Every Energable proposal includes the engineering review behind it: load math, diversity factor, code pathway. No upgrade gets recommended unless the math says so.

A Full System, One Engineering Partner
Each service starts with the same complimentary engineering review. We confirm what your home can actually handle before any work begins.
Power & Capacity
The infrastructure everything plugs into.
Sized with real load analysis, not breaker counting.
- Panel Upgrades Flagship, 100A to 200A and 400A service. Often we find your panel doesn't need an upgrade at all, just smart load management, confirmed with real load math. When it is needed, we size it as the foundation for battery storage and your own energy later
- EV Chargers, Tesla & Level 2, right-sized to your panel
- Heat Pumps & Electrification, sequenced on the right service
- Backup Power & Powerwall, Tesla Powerwall 3 installations by a Tesla Certified Installer, up to $5,000 Ontario rebate, engineered for the loads that matter and microgrid-ready for the home that makes its own energy
Design & Build
Engineered from the design phase.
For the projects other electricians pass on, across Leaside, Forest Hill, Rosedale, and the Beaches.
- New Builds & Renovations, engineered from the design phase, coordinated with your architect and builder
- Lighting Design, pot lights, landscape & architectural
- Radiant & Smart Home Integration, mechanical, security, and communication systems, planned as one
- Older Home Wiring, knob-and-tube and aluminum, assessed and staged, not torn out blindly
Full Electrification on the Existing 200A
Leaside, Toronto · Luxury Home
Owner wanted to add a heat pump, EV charging, and smart panel. Another contractor had quoted a 400A service upgrade with Toronto Hydro infrastructure work, $30K plus.
We pulled 14 months of Toronto Hydro interval data. Measured peak demand: 82.2A. On paper, the added loads pushed the theoretical total to 216A. Under an engineered load calculation with diversity, the real peak came to 151A. The existing 200A service handled everything with a 49A verified margin, and we put that in writing.
